To increase recycling efforts in the area, WM is offering assistance to property managers and owners interested in developing a recycling program at their property. Join the thousands of residents in Northern Nevada who currently separate recycling from trash.
What Support Will I Receive?
Free On-Site Recycling Evaluation
A WM recycling educator will visit your property to determine how best to set up recycling, determine necessary volume for residents, and if we’re able to, reduce trash bin size.
Free Property Manager Tool Kit and Onsite Training
WM will provide you with helpful tools and site-specific advising to help you maintain a clean recycling stream now and into the future.
Free Resident Tools and Training
We will provide education and resources to your tenants to prepare them for the change and plan for long term tenant education.
Fees Waived for Duration of Program
By signing up for this program and working with WM recycling educators, you can avoid any possible surcharges for the duration of the program.
Proactive Monitoring and Support
For the duration of the program, recycling educators will monitor your service and if we see any issues, we will communicate them to you and brainstorm how to make improvements.
Tenant Participation Evaluation and Continued Support
WM recycling educators will conduct exit surveys for all the tenants and provide property management with resources for new tenants.
